What is it, what's in it? This product is a bath bomb containing a mixture of ocean minerals, salts, and CO2-boosting powders.
What can I use it for? Water soaks used to be the #1 way people healed their ailments, and we are bringing back that type of mentality. Warm Water is a GREAT way to absorb nutrients topically. When we do this, it skips our digestive tract and goes right into the bloodstream. The CO2 blend helps boost CO2 in the water, which is proven to drive oxygen into our cells.
How do I use it? Please follow the instructions below:
- Run hot water; you want your water to be between 90-95 degrees, no hotter, or you lose the mineral's ability to absorb. This is why people who live in central and south American waters hold the mineral balance they do when they spend lots of time in those warm waters.
- As the water is running, add the entire big bag. I don't recommend splitting it up into two baths, but you could. It just isn't going to be nearly as potent and sometimes you want to overwhelm the cells with nourishment. Stir the water once you pour it in to get things mixed.
- Once the bath is full, shut the water off and add both of the small packets. The water will begin to fizz like a soda.
- You are welcome to get in and bathe for at least 30-45 minutes for maximum results.
- We use this to recharge or boost levels when someone is really deficient. If you ever feel something coming on, it's a good idea to take one of these baths.
