The live Zoom coaching calls are the foundation for getting started. They are meant to help you understand the protocol, apply the basics, and begin the process with support, clarity, and encouragement.
Once you have started the protocol, a one-on-one consultation can help fine-tune and personalize the strategy so it better fits your individual life and needs. These consultations are typically 30 to 60 minutes and we suggest them being done after you've been on the protocol for at least a few months unless in an emergency situation.
The protocol works, and we have the hair test and metabolic blood tests to prove it, but the only way that can happen is if you, the client, is giving the feedback we need to understand your changes.
