What's the cheapest right way to start?
The simplest stack we make. Minerals, the multivitamin nature already built, the calm magnesium, and the daytime mineral drink. For anyone getting their feet wet, or anyone dialing in a budget without dialing down quality.
Who it's for: First time on a protocol, or budget-minded. Four products, one routine.
- First time on a protocol. Four things, one routine, nothing to figure out.
- Budget-minded. The lowest-cost way into the four products we'd never skip.
- Rebuilding minerals. Salt, magnesium, potassium, copper and vitamin C in food form, every day.
- Morning. Beef liver with breakfast. Adrenal Cocktail in a glass of water, a pinch of Salt of Life on the tongue behind it.
- All day. Salt of Life on every meal. A second Adrenal Cocktail mid-afternoon if the day is long.
- Evening. Magnesium Bis-Glycinate an hour before bed.
These four cover the ground most people are missing: trace minerals, whole-food vitamins, magnesium, and the potassium-vitamin C-copper trio. Buying them together saves 10% and, more importantly, gets you a routine on day one instead of a cart full of maybes.

How we make it
We don't supplement the way the rest of the world does. We eat powerful foods to cover what's missing from our soil, our food system, and therefore our plates. Every product in this box is whole-food or food-form, small-batch, and lab-tested every batch. If it clumps, that's the moisture it was made with. If the label is short, that's on purpose.
Testing & quality
Each product in the package is lab tested and its report is posted on that product's page. Nothing in the box is proprietary-blend or mystery-dosed.
FAQ
Is this enough on its own?
It's the foundation. Most people run Simple Start for a month or two, then step up to Basics when they're ready for sleep, gut and vitamin A/D support.
What's the difference between this and Basics?
Basics adds Cod Liver IQ, the Daily Biotic and That All Night Sleep, and swaps the Adrenal Cocktail out. Simple Start is the mineral core only.
What does LARGE mean?
Same products, bigger sizes, so you reorder less often. Pick LARGE when you know you'll stay on the protocol.
Powder or Capsules?
Powder is the better value and mixes into food or a drink. Capsules are for people who won't do powder. Both are the same product inside.
Can I add anything to the package?
Yes. Use the add-on card under the Add to cart button, or drop any single product in the cart alongside it. Package-only add-ons ship in the same box.
How does the package save me money?
Every item in the box is already priced below what the same quality sells for elsewhere. The package takes another 10% off the set, before any add-on.
Pairs well with
- Herbal Flush — the quarterly reset, every ninety days
- Basics Package — the next step up
Cautions
- Start low and build. Introduce one or two items a day the first week so you learn how each one feels for you.
- If you are pregnant, nursing, on medication, or under care for a condition, talk with your practitioner before starting. Vitamin A from liver and cod liver oil adds up: follow the serving on each label.
- Store powders in a cool, dry place. Keep the salt in a glass jar.
Lab Tested
Every product in the box, report on its page.
Whole-Food First
Food-form nutrients, not synthetic isolates.
Nothing Hidden
Short labels. No proprietary blends.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
