What is it, what's in it? - This product is 100% Pure Lab Tested 90k Cayenne Capsules or Powder. We are going away from using expensive Organic Products and instead sourcing farms that have better than organic practices yet choose not to certify organic due to the expenses, or because it simply doesn't make sense for them with how well they take care of their farms already. Organic does not mean it's free of heavy metals; organic does not mean it's free of plastics, and it doesn't mean it's free of pesticides. Our Cayenne has lab testing to verify it's free of glyphosate from the most popular pesticide we all know of, and free of GMOs. The lab tests confirm the heavy metals exceed organic standards and it's free of molds, bacteria, and more! We want to educate everyone that "Lab Tested is Better Than Organic." We need to check the complete data and not assume a company is looking out for our best interests. Most have no idea what ingredients are in their products, and most have no idea that synthetic nutrients are time bombs in our bodies.
What can I use it for? - Most people use Cayenne 1-3 times daily to support Seasonal and Persistent Allergies, Mucus, Acids, Microbes, Bacteria, and much more. Most people use it daily in attempt to keep mucus down for allergies and sinuses.
How do I use it? - DO NOT BE A HERO; Cayenne is not meant to be taken on an empty stomach. I know Barbara is speaking a lot about it helping with stomach acids, but what she's missing is at the center of Cayenne is Whole Food Vitamin C, rich in Copper, which drives the benefits in the stomach and acids. Nothing against her, her work inspires many, but the benefits of Cayenne do not need to come from taking it on an empty stomach; it would be way better to dump a large dose of Whole Food Vitamin C on an empty stomach in the morning with our Adrenal Cocktails. Start out by taking one Capsule a day after a good meal. The body generally lets you know when adding another capsule in is okay, but I would wait a couple of weeks before moving up. Most take 2-3 capsules a day after months of taking it; for me this helps to feel freedom in my sinuses. Each Capsule is 500mg so if you are using the powder then you would be measuring 500mg per meal to get the same effect we are talking about here.
What can I expect when using this product? - The feedback on Cayenne's use is mostly around the support it gives with mucus, sinuses, daily allergies, sleep apnea, snoring, sneezing. Being that mucus has an effect on every part of our lymphatic system, it makes a lot of sense to use this and do your best to keep mucus congestion down. Feeling it in our sinuses is just one form of congestion from mucus we can have all over our body.
Are there any WARNINGS for this product? - I do not recommend this for little children; some can handle it, but you want to avoid jumping right into it. If they are able to swallow the capsule, you should wait until they are around 5 before introducing them to this, and I would still tread very carefully so you don't turn them off from using Cayenne altogether. A little goes a LONG way with the little ones and mixing it into something works really well in small amounts. People have been taught that spicy is just not for them or they can't handle spicy. This couldn't be further from the truth and I myself am living proof of this since growing up I couldn't stand spicy foods because of how they punished me. After over 700+ days of cleansing, tons of fasting, and LOTS of Cayenne, I, as well as many others, now understand that when you feel the burn after taking Cayenne, that is a place where the anti-microbial, anti-bacterial, and anti-acid functions of Cayenne are shining. It doesn't mean our body can't handle Cayenne, it means you need to work up to it and each spot that feels burned is simply a spot overloaded with acids. Most of you are familiar with alkalizing your body these days, and this is one major way to do it. Cayenne is a super food, so when you feel the burn coming out you aren't feeling the Cayenne, you are feeling the acids that it has bound and moved out of the body. If you ever have trouble with the burn or things getting raw (down there on the exit), applying coconut oil topically removes this in most cases. Yes, I know, the talks we get into on this website are graphic, but anyone who has felt this and then the relief coconut oil gives wants to know this info for sure. Overall, be careful with your little ones at first or when they are very young, but other than that, take things slowly when introducing Cayenne at first or after a long time away from it, and you should be good.
How do I store this product? What is the shelf life of it? - We keep this product in the cupboard with other products that don't need refrigeration. We recommend using this product within 12 months of opening it.
