- Fenugreek, and what the pooled trials show. A 2026 meta-analysis of randomized placebo-controlled trials found a favorable association with total testosterone (SMD 0.25). Fenugreek's saponins are the constituent under study, and the meta-analysis is in the research drop-down.
- Fadogia is the traditional herb here. Fadogia agrestis stem is a West African traditional men's herb, with a research base so far in animal work.

The research behind the ingredients
Published research on the ingredients in this product, for education. These studies were not conducted on this product.
Tongkat Ali Root (Eurycoma longifolia)
Tongkat Ali testosterone meta-analysis, 2022
Medicina · 2022 · systematic review and meta-analysis · n=9 studies reviewed; 5 RCTs, 232 participants pooled
Pooling five randomized clinical trials in 232 men, Eurycoma longifolia supplementation significantly increased serum total testosterone (SMD 1.352, 95% CI 0.565-2.138), with the largest effect in men whose baseline testosterone was below 300 ng/dL, and the authors called for more research before clinical use.
Fenugreek Seed (Trigonella foenum-graecum)
Frontiers in Nutrition · 2026 · systematic review and meta-analysis · n=13 studies; 637 randomized participants in the primary pooled analyses
Pooling randomized placebo-controlled trials in adult men, fenugreek showed a small favourable association with total testosterone (SMD 0.25, 95% CI 0.02-0.48) and no measurable change in free testosterone. The authors rated the certainty of the evidence very low and called for larger, longer randomized trials before the size of the effect can be settled.
Fadogia Stem (Fadogia agrestis)
Asian Journal of Andrology · 2005 · animal · n=60 male albino rats
In 60 male albino rats dosed orally for five days, aqueous Fadogia agrestis stem extract raised serum testosterone two- to six-fold in a dose-dependent manner and increased mounting and intromission frequency versus control.
Evidence note: Strongest for Tongkat Ali, small and low-certainty for fenugreek, and preclinical for Fadogia: the Tongkat Ali meta-analysis pooled five randomized trials in 232 men, the 2026 fenugreek meta-analysis found a small favorable association with total testosterone at very low certainty, and Fadogia's evidence base is a 2005 rat experiment with human work still to come. The 410 mg proprietary blend also splits four ingredients across a total below the amounts used in those trials, so treat the trial doses as the reference point and ask for the blend breakdown.
