What is it, what’s in it?
Shilajit is a mineral-rich resin formed at high elevations (13,000+ feet), created from the breakdown of plant matter in mountain rock. It is naturally abundant in humic and fulvic acids as well as 84+ trace minerals. Unlike low-altitude fulvic products, authentic shilajit originates only from these unique geological conditions.

This blend also contains Triphala (a combination of three fruits) to support digestion and regularity.
