• Powder/Granules: Start with ⅛ teaspoon daily. If tolerated, increase gradually according to the following schedule:

2. Progress to ¼ teaspoon AM + ⅛ teaspoon PM
3. Progress to ¼ teaspoon AM + ¼ teaspoon PM
4. Gradually work up, if desired, to 1 teaspoon AM + 1 teaspoon PM
