I started using this salt about 1.5 years ago. It has changed my life in the most peaceful and empowering way. Due to its high and well balanced mineral content, my anxiety and depression went away all on their own. I was almost suddenly able to calm and control my thoughts and feel true peace and relaxation. It’s the only salt I use now, I add it to every glass water.
