When you order, products are started as soon as we print your label and send your tracking. This means that your product has only been sitting in the package for a few days before it's on it's way to you.

Your Order is Started When We Send Tracking
I know waiting for anything can be frustrating but we want you to have the best. We print labels once a week normally Wednesday night and then begin making the product for that batch. We ship 2-3 times a week. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
