Update: it has been 9 months since ive taken 4-8 capsules daily.

I've ordered this salt before, and by far it's the best sea salt I've ever used! It also was the salt I used, when making picalily, and it has drawn out the most water from the green tomatoes, than any other salt I've used in the past, and I only had to use 1/2 cup to 15 pounds of tomatoes, and it took out over 1/2 gallon of water, where the other salt only took out a little over a quart! Made the picalily so delicious!
