How we make it
We don't supplement the way the rest of the world does. We eat powerful foods to cover what's missing from our soil, our food system, and therefore our plates. Every product in this box is whole-food or food-form, small-batch, and lab-tested every batch. If it clumps, that's the moisture it was made with. If the label is short, that's on purpose.
Testing & quality
Each product in the package is lab tested and its report is posted on that product's page. Nothing in the box is proprietary-blend or mystery-dosed.
FAQ
Two magnesiums?
Yes, on purpose. Malate is the daytime form; it feeds the energy cycle. Bis-Glycinate is the evening form; it supports relaxation. Different jobs, different hours.
Do I really need enzymes and a biotic and fiber?
They do three different things: enzymes break food down, the biotic keeps the gut balanced, fiber feeds it and keeps things moving. Most people who fix digestion are running all three.
What does LARGE mean?
Same products, bigger sizes, so you reorder less often. Pick LARGE when you know you'll stay on the protocol.
Powder or Capsules?
Powder is the better value and mixes into food or a drink. Capsules are for people who won't do powder. Both are the same product inside.
Can I add anything to the package?
Yes. Use the add-on card under the Add to cart button, or drop any single product in the cart alongside it. Package-only add-ons ship in the same box.
How does the package save me money?
Every item in the box is already priced below what the same quality sells for elsewhere. The package takes another 10% off the set, before any add-on.
Pairs well with
- Herbal Flush — the quarterly reset
- Deluxe Package — Optimal plus skin, B-complex and vitamin E
Cautions
- Start low and build. Introduce one or two items a day the first week so you learn how each one feels for you.
- If you are pregnant, nursing, on medication, or under care for a condition, talk with your practitioner before starting. Vitamin A from liver and cod liver oil adds up: follow the serving on each label.
- Store powders in a cool, dry place. Keep the salt in a glass jar.
Lab Tested
Every product in the box, report on its page.
Whole-Food First
