What is it, what's in it? - This product includes a full spectrum of digestive enzymes to help your body break down and process the foods you give it.
What can I use it for? - We need to be taking and eating good things, but we also need to ensure that we are getting the most of the nutrients inside of those foods and supplements. We use a digestive enzyme to help with this and also to offset negative reactions the body can get from foods or supplements we use.
How do I use it? - Adults, we recommend taking one capsule right before or with your meals. For Children, please contact me so we can go over their age, their weight, and things in their upbringing so I can better suggest what they should start with. If you are on the Level 1 or Level 2 Detox we suggest taking 3 of these a day, morning, noon and evening.
What can I expect when using this product? - The best feedback given on this product is around it making life easy when eating. Many people experience bloating, indigestion, getting backed up, acid reflux, etc., whenever they eat anything. Many if not most times this is a simple lack of enzymes in their system to help these things happen. Sometimes we need things like Betaine HCL to help support the gut, but most times, a good digestive enzyme and our Daily Pre/Pro-Biotic will support what's needed for these issues to start resolving themselves.
Are there any WARNINGS for this product? - Digestive Enzymes are really straightforward, and there is no reason to dose more than we suggested. Therefore, I haven't heard of anything else we would worry about this. Many children can take this, adults, pregnant and breastfeeding women as well.
How do I store this product? What is the shelf life of it? - Please follow the data found on the FIQ Bottle Itself. We keep our enzymes in the cupboard with the rest of our supplements that don't need refrigeration.
