Why three times a year?
Traditionally, families performed seasonal cleanses 3-4 times a year. We recommend this every 4 months - three times a year - as routine maintenance for children. One month on, three months off. Each round works in waves, going deeper with repeated use, and the rest between is part of how it works.
What might we see?
Detox symptoms may occur - flu-like feelings, loose stools, breakouts or temporary fatigue. These are histamine responses, not true allergic reactions.
