What is it, what's in it? - Our Micro-Fiber Product is Organic Psyllium Husk Powder, Organic Black Chia Seed Powder, Organic Brown Flax Powder, all freshly ground and my 100% Grass Fed and Finished Beef Collagen Peptide Protein Powder combined to make the most powerful fiber combination I can find to feed your gut. We use this product to skip digestion so that the microbiome gets fed and in turn, breaks food down for us in a better way that gives us more nutrients from our food.
Does this work well with other products? - Yes! Use this with our:
- Daily Biotic Pre-Pro Biotic
- Adrenal Cocktail Capsules or Powder
- BOMB Detox Powder
- Herbal Flush Detox and Anti-Parasite
What can I use it for? - You want to use this product with food to boost your daily fiber intake. It also uses things like psyllium and chia to swell up with water and take it past the small intestine into the large intestine aka colon and hydrates it in a way that you can actually see when you go to the bathroom. This shows the product is helping you move out backed-up waste to keep a cleaner GI tract. This also helps to prevent the colon from getting congested so that you can reduce all types of illness that come from it.
How do I use it? - Adults take 1-3 capsules at the end of their meals and children (if they can take this size capsule, be careful until I get my kid's capsule line out) can take one capsule with each meal. Do not take it on an empty stomach as it won't make much sense with how fibers work with food.
What can I expect when using this product? - Fiber helps with everything from moving food from the entrance to the exit to feeding the gut microbiome so that it feeds us more from our food, but it also balances blood sugars, and cholesterol, helps to support things around anxiety, brain fog, everything that cleaning the gut out can help with. You will get detox symptoms sometimes and these can include some gas and bloating at first, some larger bowel movements, and some feelings of indigestion as things move through, but all of these things mean things are moving! This is what we want and if you get some uncomfortable symptoms then generally you can expect those types of symptoms to be less and less from any food going forward. As the gut gets clean these types of histamine responses and imbalances begin to subside.
Are there any WARNINGS for this product? - This product is safe for pregnant and breastfeeding women, and doesn't have a lot of things that people ever complain about. We just don't recommend it on an empty stomach and expect initial symptoms whenever you increase the dose. Fiber makes things happen in the body!
How do I store this product? What is the shelf life of it? - All of our products will soon have a glass jar we sell for them to go in which will allow them to be stored away or on your counter, but for now, we recommend keeping your zip-up packages in your cupboard or tucked away out of light somewhere. Bee Pollen is about the only product we recommend keeping in the fridge, but others can also benefit from being stored there if you choose. This isn't required though. Micro Fiber products should be used within 12 months of opening the package.
